Features:
Makes any size or shape gasket in minutes. Replaces almost any cut gasket by making a reliable "Formed-In-Place" gasket.
Superior resistance to powertrain fluids including engine oil, transmission fluid, gear lube and coolants
Designed specially for high-torque and high vibration applications
Stands temperature from -80°F to 600°F (-27°C to 315°C) intermittent
Suggested Applications: Exhaust manifolds/headers, valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housings
Directions:
1, Surfaces must be clean, dry and oil free.
2, Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube with reverse and cap.
3, Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size.
4, Apply even bead silicone around perimeter of surface.
5, Assemble part once silicone has skinned 8 to 12 minutes.
6, Remove excess silicone.
7, The silicone will dry in 1 hour and cure completely in 18 to 24 hours.
Cautions:
Uncured sealant causes eye and
skin irritation.
